Advising individuals, companies, and traditional financial institutions regarding the legal requirements of banking and financial institutions law pertaining to their personal and business activities is a key practice area at Mohr Hackett. We negotiate and prepare loan documents, giving formal opinions on loan transactions, negotiating workouts and modifications of problem loans, and working on collection activities and litigation matters, as necessary, in connection with non-performing loans. We also represent clients in administrative proceedings, arbitration, and litigation involving issues of banking and financial institutions law in which clients are in conflict with others.
