David chose Mohr Hackett because, like him, the firm exceeds in delivering exceptional legal services.  His sense of partnership is clear.  “My clients know I am fully committed to resolving their legal matters and providing them with the best possible service.” David dedicates his time to practicing commercial litigation, appellate law, and municipal law.  He joined Mohr Hackett after completing a clerkship for the Honorable Rebecca White Berch of the Arizona Supreme Court.  A Certified Public Accountant, David also worked as an auditor for a “Big Four” accounting firm in Tucson before attending law school.

As a fourth generation Arizonan, David takes pride in his state and community.  Born and raised in Flagstaff, David has also lived and worked in both Tucson and Phoenix giving him a broad perspective and knowledge about Arizona.  David also has worked for each of the three branches of Arizona state government (i.e. executive, legislative, and judicial) as an intern/extern, constituent liaison, and/or law clerk.  While David is now committed to the private practice of law and the representation of his clients, he continues to work to help better Arizona through his involvement with the Arizona Town Hall as a recorder.

Outside of the office, David enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
