Deanie has practiced law in Arizona since 1977. She was in-house corporate counsel for AG Communication Systems Corporation and Lucent Technologies, Inc. from 1996-2003, where she created and monitored business agreements, oversaw employment and benefit procedures and policies, managed litigation, and acted as the export compliance officer for high-technology products. Before that, she served as Prescott Valley Town Attorney and as a criminal prosecutor.
