“We are responsible for not only doing the job well, but doing it timely and at the highest level – almost to the point of perfection.” That is what Greg is most passionate about when it comes to practicing law. An active litigator, Greg enjoys working on high stakes cases, “in the trenches where things are happening.” He does not just take on a case – he lives it.  “I am here for my clients in whatever capacity they need. Doing a good job and being appreciated for it is what drives me. It is important that I am on their side from day one.”

Greg’s practice areas include general commercial and construction defects litigation, arbitration, real estate law, loans and litigation, bankruptcy/creditors’ rights and appellate law. His representative clients include homebuilding companies, individuals and other organizations involved in various litigation matters in state and federal court, arbitration proceedings before the American Arbitration Association and mediation; debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings; and financial institutions and other lenders, borrowers and guarantors involved in real property and commercial loan originations, workouts, modification negotiations, and litigation.

Greg’s community activities include being a Director of The Law College Association of the James E. Rogers College of Law of the University of Arizona (2004 – present); and active membership in the Arizona Town Hall in various capacities, including Recorder (October 1995 and October 1996), Report Chair (October 1997, May 2002, and May 2003), Executive Committee and Vice Chair of the Training Committee (1995 – present).

Outside of work, Greg’s many hobbies include sailing, sports, theatre, wine collecting and running marathons.
