Maureen specializes in real estate law, real property leasing, and real estate finance, and is an Arizona State Bar Board Certified Specialist in commercial real estate law. She represents clients in connection with matters involving construction law, business law, and corporations and business organizations. Her representative clients include commercial real estate developers, homebuilders, supermarket chains, property management companies, owners’ associations, real estate investment trusts, restaurants, and lending institutions.

Maureen is actively involved in commercial real estate trade associations, charitable activities, and charitable foundations, including Arizona Commercial Real Estate Women, the National Network of Commercial Real Estate Women, and the CREW Foundation, of which she is a founding member. She is most passionate about the CREW Careers™: Building Opportunities program, a CREW Foundation program she helped develop. This program introduces young women to the career opportunities available in the commercial real estate industry.

Maureen has served as Town Reporter for the Arizona Town Hall and Arizona Women’s Town Hall, and as a volunteer for Arizona Child Protective Services. She served for seven years as a grader for the Committee on Examinations for the State Bar of Arizona. She was recognized by her peers as one of the 2003 Best of the Bar, Real Estate Law, The Business Journal, February 21, 2003.

Passionate about helping others, Maureen’s clients know they can count on her through every step of the legal process. “I’m here for my clients,” she says, “whenever they need me.” For Maureen, a true partnership is based on respect. “It is important that my clients and I work together to make each other as good as we can possibly be,” she says. “The key to doing that is to listen to the clients and to understand what they want to accomplish.”

Never one to waste time, Maureen listens to audio books while commuting to work. Maureen stays active by playing tennis and working out. She also enjoys traveling abroad with her husband.
