Michael is driven by a “no resources barred” philosophy to practicing law. “I believe in going above and beyond for my clients,” he says. “When I take on a case I do what is necessary to get the job done.”
An active litigator, Michael continuously challenges himself by exploring all facets of the legal system. “I enjoy complex cases and taking on the gorilla. For me, that is what makes this profession interesting and rewarding.”
Michael concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, construction law, and bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. His representative clients include financial institutions, life insurance companies, developers, contractors, individuals, and corporations in various litigation matters in state and federal courts and in bankruptcy proceedings.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys hiking and exploring Indian ruins with his wife.
