As a mediation and arbitration specialist, Michele finds the real rewards of her job when litigants “feel more settled and good about the outcome.”  For her, “it is about doing a lot of good for people who have no appetite for being in litigation.”

Of her many accomplishments, Michele is most proud of the fact that she has worked with the same people for the past 25 years.  “All of our relationships are extremely strong.  And that is why our team works.”

Michele helps clients with legal matters pertaining to alternative dispute resolution, mediation, medical malpractice, health care law, personal injury law, insurance defense and employment law.
