Peter has been with Mohr Hackett for more than 25 years. During that time he has forged a number of personal connections to the people whose lives are affected by the matters entrusted to him by his clients. Critical to this effort is becoming invested in people’s goals and tribulations. The personal connection is fostered through dedication, thoroughness, and by working hand-in-glove to achieve common goals. His paramount job is to make the client look good and to minimize adverse consequences. 

Peter’s practice areas include real property law, commercial leasing, real estate finance, environmental law, water law and business law. His representative clients include homebuilders, land developers, owners’ associations and health maintenance organizations.
 
Peter has assisted the Arizona Department of Real Estate in its efforts to promote changes to real estate subdivision laws. When not working, he stays active by practicing martial arts. He also enjoys reading books on a wide variety of topics, from historical analyses and fiction to Harry Potter.
