Having a sense of commitment and loyalty to clients is the foundation for establishing a true partnership. Tom’s approach to practicing law demonstrates just that. “I am committed to my clients, their legal matters, and making a positive impact.” He finds gratification in helping clients avoid unnecessary litigation.
Tom’s practice areas include bankruptcy and non-bankruptcy litigation. His clients include creditors, creditor committees, landlords, asset purchasers, bankruptcy trustees, and debtors before the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Since 1994, Tom has been a Certified Specialist in Bankruptcy Law by the Board of Legal Specialization, State Bar of Arizona. He is also Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy with the American Board of Certification.
Tom’s practice also includes trusts and estate planning, with emphasis on wealth preservation.
